Children of persons holding a "stalego pobytu" card or status of the European Union long-term resident, subject to one of the following conditions
- the child was born or was adopted after the parents received permission to live in the republic
- the child was born during the validity of a Temporary Residence Permit in Poland to one of the parents
Victims of human trafficking
- who received a Temporary Residence Permit on this basis and have lived under this status in the territory of the Republic of Poland for more than 1 year
- who cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigative or judicial investigations
- who have fears for their life and health upon returning to their state of permanent residence, confirmed by the Polish prosecutor's office
General requirements for applicants
