The main issue of purchasing residential property in Poland is the financial side of such a transaction (in addition to the price of the property itself). What can it cost to acquire a residential property in Poland on all legal grounds:
- a notary will cost you at least 2% of the entire transaction amount
- compulsory tax on the transfer of ownership is 2% of the price of the object
